In summary, there are many points to be made for and against New York
City seceding from the state of New York, much as Washington D.C. is
not a part of Virginia.  So many in fact, that it will take a great
deal of time to consider them all, so nothing will happen soon.

produce an original, 10 page document, for $2.00. (we get $1.50 for
that) What I recommend is going to the main google page and entering
the text below exactly as typed:
