In the year 2002, what were the top 10 Schools, Universities or
Educational Institutions, as far as sponsoring/offering/organizing the
most prestigious, exclusive, and/or expensive, "Summer abroad/sudy
programs"  and/or  "alumni retreats/VIP vacations" at unusual or
exotic locales for that year?
 
Additionally, please provide as much information as available on each.
 
For instance, below are a few (example) questions that illustrate the
type(s) of information I seek to acquire: 
  
   
1) Approximately (a)how many students/alumini/VIP's attended each of
the "Summer abroad/study programs" and/or  "alumni retreats/VIP
vacations" and (b) what was the cost of the program/function?  This
could simply be the amount  paid by the students for the study abroad
course -- if that's all the information that is available.

NOTE: It is understood that there may be little or (in some cases) no
information available to answer "1(a)" and "1(b)" above, in which a
simple "numbers not available" will suffice.  On the other hand, if you feel
you could offer an educated guess, based on your research, that would
be appreciated. 
  
2) What was unique and/or featured/offered at said "summer
abroad/study programs" and/or "alumni retreat/VIP vacation"?
 
FOR EXAMPLE: Did students meet and work along side a famouse writer or
artist?  Did a famous politican offer a series of lectures?  Or were
there guitar lessons with Pat Metheny? 
 
3) What was offered at said "summer abroad/study programs" and/or
"alumni retreat/VIP vacation"?
(a)What types of daily activities?   
(b)Who were the guest speakers?  
(c)What was the entertainment?  
(d)Was there anything special about the meals provided or the food 
served? 
(e)What types of evening events took place?  
(f) What were the classes and/or seminars offered? 
(g) Were there holistic, spa, and/or health/wellness related services
offered? 
   
4) What was the duration of said "summer abroad/study programs" and/or
"alumni retreat/VIP vacation"?

5) Where was said "summer abroad/study programs" and/or "alumni
retreat/VIP vacation" held?
   
6) Who organized/was responsible for the said "summer abroad/study
programs" and/or "alumni retreat/VIP vacation" within the Business
Schools and/or Universities?
 
7) Please provide any contact information and links that are available
to the above mentioned institution's organizer. 
 
8) Please provide any/all interesting, unusual, or otherwise 
valuable, information pertenent to "summer abroad/study programs" 
and/or "alumni retreats/VIP vacations".
 
 
CLARIFICATION: 
I acknowledge that most hard numbers will not be accessible.  
Additionally, the amount and type(s) of information available will
vary from school to school, program to program, retreat to retreat.... 
 
My goal (clearly) is to acquire as much information as possible, but 
acknowledge there are limitations.

GREAT QUESTION!  I'm impressed!  

Initially I was thinking about only the US, but in reality any
Universities/Institutions that could thereoetically offer "study
abroad/VIP alumini vacations" PRIMARILY IN HAWAII or even (in some
cases) in CALIFORNIA would apply.

In fact, now that you mention it, Universities in Japan would be a
prime target for me .... as their #1 vacation destination is Hawaii
and they spend a lot of money on "VIP's".

Rich & Famous" type of packages with educational value/aspects, A-list
entertainment and unique activities.... The goal is to find my "target
