First of all, Google Answers researchers do not have inside knowledge
about how results are displayed on the Google Website. We can only
offer educated guesses using information
Google uses an extremelly complicated algorithm to decide which
website will get priority in the results.
Looking at your HTML code, I notice that you have some relevant
keywords listed, but Google does not rely on these too much to decide
your ranking. Why? Simply because it is easy for everyone to list
keywords on their website and many people are hardly honest in doing
so. I do not think you need to change this aspect, but there are some
things that I highly recommend you do to increase your page ranking.
I am using this official page from Google to make these
recommendations such as these:

The best thing you can do to increase your page ranking is to have
other websites link to your own website. You should establish
relationships with other website owners and request to be linked from
their page. You can return the favor to others by linking to their
website as well.
It is important to note this however:

by page A, for page B. But, Google looks at more than the sheer volume
of votes, or links a page receives; it also analyzes the page that
casts the vote. Votes cast by pages that are themselves "important"
weigh more heavily and help to make other pages "important."
Important, high-quality sites receive a higher PageRank, which Google
remembers each time it conducts a search. Of course, important pages
mean nothing to you if they don't match your query. So, Google
combines PageRank with sophisticated text-matching techniques to find
pages that are both important and relevant to your search. Google goes
far beyond the number of times a term appears on a page and examines
all aspects of the page's content (and the content of the pages
linking to it) to determine if it's a good match for your query."

Another recommendation I want to make for you is to get your own
domain name. Using geocities (free website provider) is not the best
way to advertise your business on the internet. Having a domain name
like www.janetsrepair.com will not only look more professional, you
will be up further is the results with any words that appear in your
URL (such as for Janet and Repair with the domain
www.janetsrepair.com)
If you are looking for a low cost hosting provider, I personally use
http://www.hummingbirdhosting.com/ You could start off with their
$4.95 monthly package and can get a domain name (your own internet
address www.yournameORyourcompany.com) for $12.50 a year. There are
however many hosting packages out there and you can do a bit of
shopping around to find which one will work the best for you.
If you follow the instructions above, you will be well on your way to
having a higher page ranking. Do your best to get listed on other
websites which are relavent to yours. Also, for the websites where you
are already listed (such as
http://www.all-oregon.com/city/corvallis/recreation.htm) be sure to
request that they update their links to your proper website. Currently
they are linking to http://www.proaxis.com/~mhuth/
