I am looking for a company who I can rent a midget for a bachelor
party to take beer to everyone.  They need to be available in the
Chicago area for Saturday, May 10th.

You may want to consider hiring a little person, rather than renting a midget.

Perhaps suher-ga is thinking of using an MG Midget car to transport
beer around Chicago?  It's a sweet ride with the roof down!
