Hi Clicker,
First of all, I should note that this answer represents my personal
opinion and should not be taken as anything other than that.
I've been a fairly regular participant on Google Answers for almost a
year, so I've had the opportunity to closely follow the service.
It has been my observation that there are researchers monitoring
questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are researchers
throughout the world (and researchers who keep odd hours!). Thus, no
matter what time you post your question, there is a very strong
probability that one or more Google Answers Researchers will have seen
your question within minutes.
As to the question of when "most" researchers are looking at
questions, it's been my observation that participation is highest on
weekdays at around midday Pacific Time (roughly between 10:00 AM and
2:00 PM PDT). If I had to guess why that is the busiest time, I'd
probably say it's because that's a time when folks are generally awake
throughout North America and Western Europe.
I hope this answers your question. Thanks. |
