Hi. I am seeking to add a speed test to www.net4nowt.com, a directory
of Internet Service Providers.

The speed test is to enable visitors to the site to click to view how
fast their connection is. An example may be found here:

Ideally I would like a speed test that enables results to be stored
into a mySQL database. Although some customisation is possible by my
team.

Ideally I would like the speedtest script to be perl or php based and
be available for a nominal amount or licence fee. I have not been able
to find one that is available for use on another site without
advertising.
