Thanks for asking!
I've done a bit of digging to try get to the bottom of your site's
disappearance from Google. I believe much of the difficulty stems from
a (relatively) short disappearance after your DNS management transfer,
and continuing "reachability" problems as described below.
I tried reaching ryanandwetmore.com from a number of different servers
around the Internet between Monday and Wednesday. I was unable to
reach your servers (trying both 208.45.120.249 and ryanandwetmore.com)
in over 50% of the attempts, split fairly evenly between "Can't find
server" errors and HTTP 500 errors (server timeout). This may well
mirror the experience of the Googlebot, the robot that spiders
(indexes) your site for inclusion in Google. If the Googlebot is
unable to find your servers, especially after a DNS change, then the
site may drop out of the search results completely.
Exploring DNS
*************
The DNS Report for your domain shows that a fair percentage of the
time (40%) not all nameservers respond to requests. You may view your
DNS Report (repeatedly, if desired) at:

You may wish to verify that your DNS records are properly configured.

Connectivity
************
It appears that at times of heavy traffic (for instance, right after
your query was posted and the ryanandwetmore.com URL was being visited
by researchers and visitors to the Google Answers site, that the
site's servers bog down and time out. You may wish to investigate the
server's connection capacity to the Internet. These issues are
addressed in a descriptive white paper:

Website Monitoring
******************
You might wish to try monitoring your site's availability with
SiteUpTime.com, a free monitoring service, to verify that the website
is available to your visitors. Besides the continual monitoring via a
free account, the Uptime QuickCheck (left menu) offers an instant
check of http protocol (a test that verifies your visitors browsers
are able to reach your website) from any of three servers in the U.S.

I've also located two additional free Site Monitoring Services. These
sites require require registration, and their free services may be
rather limited.

Tweaking Your Website for Best Results
**************************************
Once you've insured your connectivity, check your site to see what the
search engine spider sees. You'll be able to verify that your site is
readable to the Googlebot and other spiders, as well as trace the
links, and analyse keyword densities.

Google's own Webmaster pages offer information and advice about your
listing. These pages are where I always start when trying to pinpoint
a disappearance from the index.
"Your site may not have been reachable when we tried to crawl it
because of network or hosting problems. When this happens, we retry
multiple times, but if the site cannot be crawled, it will not be
listed in our current index. If it was a transient problem, your site
will likely show up in the next index, which will be completed in a
few weeks.
A technical glitch on our side may have caused us to 'miss' your site.
In crawling more than 3 billion pages every few weeks, our system
experiences hiccups from time to time. Again, this is a transient
problem, and your site will likely show up in the next index. Please
be patient with us during this period, as we are not able to modify
our index by hand to add sites missed in this way.
The contents of your page or the links pointing to your page changed
significantly and you no longer have a sufficiently high PageRank, or
your page had low PageRank to begin with and a small change caused you
to be dropped from the Google index."
Web Pages Currently Not Listed

To increase your Page Rank and better insure your website will be
found, a bit of judicious linking is advisable. You'll want to acquire
links from the caliber of sites you currently link TO on your Links
page. Links from Accounting Societies and other professional
accounting organizations will be highly beneficial.
There are some cautions about certain types of linking and other
"increase your search engine ranking" schemes. You'll find Google's
advice at:

You may wish to include a robot.txt file to your website, to instruct
the Googlebot and other search engine robots exactly what to index.

Once you've insured connectivity, and added a few more links to
accounting directories, your site will be ready for resubmission. You
are currently linked in the Google Directory and at dmoz.org. These
links are spidered regularly, and if your connection is normal, your
pages will be picked up on the next crawl. You can also submit your
URL again using Google's submission process:

Answer Strategy: Bookmarks, Use of DNS Tools, Website Analysis
In addition to the sites listed in the Answer above, I also consulted
the Internet Archive ( www.archive.org/ ) and used MetaCrawler to
check listings in additional search engines and directories.

I hope this information will enable you to successfully regain your
Google listing. If anything I've said is unclear, or should you have
any questions about the material or links provided, please, feel free
