I'm trying to find information on Part Number 16-0965-01 for a Cisco
Memory Flash for a Cisco 2600 Router.  There is nothing out there but
one site that lists this as mem2600-8u16fs=, which means it is 16MB
flash, but I'm almost sure it is not correct.  Trying to get more
answers.

There is a chart that indicates the 16-0965-xx is a 8MB 5v (Flash
Memory) SIMM.

search box in the upper right hand section of the their site at:
http://www.cisco.com ) on 16-0965 as the keyword.  There are two
results for the search which are essentially the same information.
