This is a specialized insurance library that was founded in 1887.  

On a quick review of their Website, it appears that they answer easy
questions for free, and research harder questions at a rate of
$85/hour for non-members.  I don't know whether they would consider
this an easy question or a hard one, and also don't know if they
pro-rate their hourly rate.

mentioned Luther D. Whittle (Luke) or his son, Grant Whittle.  I'm
looking for their product liability insurers.  They are a pvc
pipeliner distributor.

Your information was better than what I could find on "Know X" or
"People Data".
