Hello debenda

Thanks for your question.

As you may know, we cannot give out personal contact information. If
you would like the address of a UK company where Lord Portsmouth is a
director and also the largest shareholder (sometimes described as
'his' company), we would be happy to give you full details. Just let
us know if this would be a satisfactory answer for you.

Hello again debenda

Here are the contact details for the London office of Grainger Trust
plc:

Grainger Trust plc

"The earl is a non-executive director of Grainger trust plc, whose
principal activity is property investment and trading. He is the
firm's largest shareholder, owning 16.55% . The company last year made
£8.4 million on turnover of £44 million."

from: Earl of Portsmouth - Mystery peer with the money
http://www.guardian.co.uk/hamilton/article/0,2763,195581,00.html

Grainger Trust's Annual Report mentions him in the section on fees for
non-executive directors:
http://www.graingertrust.co.uk/R&A02.pdf

His connection with Grainger Trust is confirmed at the Yahoo UK
business site:
http://uk.biz.yahoo.com/t/in/g/gri.l.html

My search strategy started with typing in "Lord Portsmouth" and
finding his full name was Quentin Gerrard Carew Wallop.
Then a search on "Lord Portsmouth" + Wallop made me feel the Guardian
was the best source of information (in connection with the
Hamilton/Fayed story) so I searched with:
site:www.guardian.co.uk "lord portsmouth" OR Wallop fayed OR hamilton
://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=+site:www.guardian.co.uk+%22lord+portsmouth%22+OR+Wallop+fayed+OR+hamilton

This led me to the Grainger Trust connection:

"The 19-year-old Wallop stands to inherit the family mansion and 3,000
acres near Basingstoke, as well as a stake in the Grainger Trust, his
father's property company, and some very valuable art treasures."
http://www.guardian.co.uk/rich/article/0,2763,191220,00.html

I hope this will be useful. Please feel free to ask for clarification
if anything needs explanation and I'll do my best to help.

Regards - Leli
