Hello barma-ga,

The Collinsville High School Latin Club (with 128 members, the largest
Latin Club in Illinois, according to its main web page) has translated
a number of modern phrases into Latin. Included is "Love at first
sight", which becomes "Amor primo conspectu" in Latin.

I hope that this information is helpful.
