involved with the marine industry in some way or the other. I further
presume that you have asked the above question with reference to the
marine industry.
As you have not supplied any further details with the question (the
kind of details that you want, whether for any specific suppliers, in
which country, etc.), I assume that it is meant to get a general idea
of the price of the oils. You will agree that the prices (generally)
vary from country to country and from region to region in a single
country. Therefore, I am posting this comment that aims to answer your
question. The following table gives the prices (in Russia) of SAE oils
with the TBN ratings that you have asked:
