I need a list of URLs of web sites (as much as you can
find) about the MAN B&W's ALPHA cylinder lubrication system that is
claimed to reduce the amount of cylinder lube oil consumption but has
no effect on the cylinder liner wear..Can you try to find web sites
that explain the costs of retrofitting this systems.

First I apologise for not being able to help you out and taking too
long to get back. The person who was supposed to help me with the
answers, my father, has taken ill. I was hoping that his condition
would get better and that he would be able to help. Since there has
been no significant improvement, I would not like to trouble him at
the moment.

You will find that these documents are exhaustive and covers all
aspects of MAN B&W's Alpha Cylinder lubrication system. One or two of
these documents can be found directly on the MAN B&W official website,
the others are my father's personal copies obtained from the company.

I hope this helps you to a certain extent. I am not posting this as an
answer because it is not complete as you would have liked.
