If the check was cashed in Montreal, it is most probably from a Quebec company. In Quebec, there is a global registry of all companies and company names. I found a company named "Paraxel Research" doing "Direct Marketing". The owner of the company is: BALINT, LASZLO 2270, RUE STE-JEANNE-D'ARC J4K 3E3 LONGUEUIL, QC From the Montreal phone book, I found this phone number for this person: (450) 463-1042 Good luck! |

I am in the process of tracking this company as well. My check was sent to Paraxel Research, 3701 Sacramento Street, Suite 1202, San Francisco, CA 94118. My check cleared the bank and was also endorsed by Gilbert Fournier. According to the BBB, future matters should be forwarded to: Ms. Susan Baughan, United States Postal Inspection Service, PO Box 88252, San Francisco, CA 94188-2528. The product was Pectotrim and for some reason, some people received theirs, and others have not and have no way to collect a refund. If any one has a more recent answer, I'd be interested. Thanks. kaziwazi--TX |
