I am looking for apartments to rent in different parts of Europe,
mainly
1. Cote d'Azur (around Nice or Cannes)
2. London or Manchester
3. Berlin or Munich

Most likely I will initially rent on a short-term basis of between 1
and 4 weeks. The main requirements I have are :
- must have broadband Internet connection (cable or DSL)
- fully furnished (only 1 queen/king double bed required)
- fully equipped kitchen, preferably with gas stove and oven
- good beach or ocean views preferred (but not essential, obviously
not in Berlin :)
- must be able to contact agent/owner/etc by e-mail to arrange booking

For example, I have found lots of English websites with vacation
rentals in Nice, however none appear to list apartments with
broadband Internet connections.

Where can I find lists of these apartments on the Internet?

Or are private owners advertising suitable apartments on individual
websites?

Hello gmh

I have found possibilities for all the locations you mention, except
Manchester. I have only been able to find larger villas near Cannes
and Nice. However, the weekly rents that are listed for one of the
villas compare favourably with prices I saw for the Phoenix House
apartments in London. Most of the descriptions do not specify the type
of cooker.

If you are interested in other locations, ACR corporate has many more
locations listed.

London

oak floors and kingsize bed, broadband supplied and fabulous gym, the
luxury one bedrom apartment is unlike traditional London. The
environment is particularly safe and relaxing and is surrounded by
waterside restaurants and bars with great views.”
