I am an ethyl alcohol manufacturer in India interested in setting up a
vinegar manufacturing unit. The raw material will be ethyl alcohol.
The vinegar will be marketed in Europe and hence the quality standards
should meet EU norms. The plant capacity will be a minimum of 5000
liters daily. My requirement is that I need to identify a technology
provider who will be in a position to give details of the technology,
identify equipment with specification details, inspect
construction/assembly details and ensure quality standards. Is it
possible? What would be the fees/charges? What would be the terms and
conditions? |

I have located two makers of manufacturers of vinegar making
equipment, one in Germany and other in Turkey, though I could not tell
if they fulfill all the requirements you mentioned in your question.
