There does not appear to be phone support; however, there are ways to
get back into your account.  Would those methods be a sufficient
answer?

That is fine as long as I can talk to a Person. The automated systems
have not provided a solution via the automated reset issues. I need to
get my alternet address changed and I don't rememnber all the info
they asked for.
