Hi,

I am in need of statistical (time-series) info for the following LDCs:

LDC list is here: http://r0.unctad.org/ldcs/LDCs/page4.html

I am especially in need of sites with !free! time series info dating
back to 1950 or close.

These economic indicators:

        Gross Annual GDP (1950-present)

	Annual GDP Growth " " " "
        Annual Inflation " " " "
	Life Expectancy M/W " " " "
	Infant Mortality Rate " " " "

Thanks!

Hi vlad,

Unfortunately, I'm not sure these data exist for free anywhere online.
The one place that has them would be the Worldbank's World Development
Indicators (WDI) 2003, which includes timeseries data from 1960
onwards. A quick glance at their list of countries and list of
indicators suggests that it has all indicators and most of your
countries covered:

http://www.worldbank.org/data/wdi2003/cdrom/

The particular data situation might look different, but a good rule of
thumb would be that if it's not in the WDI, (reliable) data probably
doesn't exist (for that particular country and year).

You should be able to find that CD at a local university library. The
CD itself would cost $275 (for an individual user). A more
cost-effective alternative would be an annual online subscription for
$100 per year.

Please let me know if this would be an acceptable answer for you.

Best wishes,
gwagner-ga
