1.- Why would Differential GPS, a method used to greatly enhance the
accuracy of  gps measurements, ever require satellites to be blocked
from view?
2.- Carrier Phase GPS requires that the system has "locked on" to 4 or
more satellites. The longer this lock exists, the greater the accuracy
of the locations. Why a longer baseline between the base and rover
station results in greater accuracy?
