Dear mybrni-ga
I have taken an interest in this question despite the fact that your
the question price is well below the amount that would be equal to
research undertaken. I am concerned that you do not lose money in any
transaction with this company.
Morgan Finance Trust has a web site at
http://morganfinancetrust.7p.com/index.html
This hosted by bizhosting.com
They have also a site at http://morganfinancetrust.org
There is only one reference to them on Google despite their assertion
they have been in business since 1985.
http://morganfinancetrust.7p.com/about_us___company_info.html
A domain name check shows the registrant to be
Paul Akin
3856 W Thomas Phoenix,
AZ 85033 US
Phone: 6027457889
Email: hrmpat@africamail.com
Yet according to the web site the company is based at
MORGAN FINANCE TRUST
CALLE LOGRONO.6
BARAJAS - MADRID
SPAIN
Dun & Bradstreet does not have a record for the company in Spain.
Incidentally a search on africamail.com shows it is used many times in
fraud.
I searched on the words used on various pages on the site and this
produced some interesting results.
On the home page Morgan Finance Trust use the words:
"We have exceptional professional Real estate investment that are
based on the sound principle of gradual, long-term gain. The client
can invest in the most qualitative and promising areas of the world
and expect eventually the best returns."
The same words are used on the Standard Credit Alliance site (appears
a genuine site)

On the home page Morgan Finance Trust use the words:
"Like any professional, Morgan Finance Trust does one thing and does
it well.
We strive to show individuals, families, businesses, and governmental
bodies how to accumulate wealth.
Working together we will build a comprehensive, custom-tailored
financial plan designed to help give you what you need now, whether
that "now" is today or ten years from today."
The same words are used on the George Town Capital site (appears a
genuine site)
"Like any professional, Georgetown Capital Group does one thing and
does it well.

accumulate wealth.
Working together we will build a comprehensive, custom-tailored
financial plan designed to help give you what you need now, whether
that "now" is today or ten years from today."

On the Investment Center page Morgan Finance Trust use the words:
"Why do you invest your money?
More than likely, its for very personal reasons. Like the peace of
mind that comes from knowing you have a plan in place to fund your
retirement, or that youre ahead of the game when it comes to
preparing for a childs college tuition."
This and more is copied from Wachovia Corporation (appears a genuine
site).

A search on other words produced three similar sites using the same
words as Morgan Finance Trust.
http://www.inter-merchantbank.com/
http://www.peaksecuritiesbv.com/main.htm
http://alliancesecurities.com/about.htm
inter-merchantbank.com has the same domain name owner as the Morgan
Trust Finance.
The final clincher for me though is the photographs.
Look at http://www.peaksecuritiesbv.com/manprof.htm
Compare these with http://morganfinancetrust.7p.com/our_team.html
Sheila Holmes has now become Catherine Rice.
On http://www.peaksecuritiesbv.com/manprof.htm Christopher Cole has
become Joachim Newell on http://inter-merchantbank.com/our_team.html
Consider how they contacted you. Was it unprompted? Email or letter?
In a fraud known as 419 West African Fraud thousands upon thousands of
letters and emails are set out (the names are collected from telephone
directories, newsgroups and search engines). The story is normally
that a very large amount of money is lying in an account and help is
needed to transfer the money out of the country. The victim is asked
to assist and is offered a percentage. No such money exists and the
victim will eventually lose money themselves. Occasionally the victim
is informed they are beneficiaries of an amount of money.
Consider these web sites in the context of the communication you have
received.

I hope that information is sufficient for you to make a decision.
I trust this answers your question. If it does not, or the answer is
