Making Sandesh (a fresh cheese dessert) involves curdling a milk
product, draining the liquid from it, adding flavorings, cooking till
dry and then forming into shapes. Given that Sandesh is cooked and ice
cream is frozen, I think you may want to make a Sandesh which is
"stuffed" with ice cream. However, if you merely want a very rich
Sandesh made with cream, here is a good recipe:
Half-n-Half 6 cups
Yogurt 3/4 cup
White Sugar 3/4 cup
Cardamom (powder) 1/2 teaspoon
