Before I answer the question, it would be helpful to know if you use
Mac or PC. I have found a product that seems to do exactly what you
ask, but it is PC only. Judging from your username, it seems to me
there is a reasonable likelyhood that you are a Mac user.

Mind-It sounds like the perfect product for you.  It will notify you
of any of the follow changes:

 - overall page updates 
 - keyword changes 
 - number changes 
 - specific text changes

I found Mind-It by visiting BotSpot.  Mind-It was listed on the second
page for "update bots".  I suggest checking there for other bots and
agents that might suit your needs.  The page I'm linking you to is the
just the update bots.  If you click on "List of All Bots" on the left
hand side, they have lists of bots for research, chat, news and many
