Adobe Photoshop 6 running in Win 2000, Program responds very slow.  I
am running dual 800 processors with 700mb ram.

Can you be more specific?

What are you doing that responds slowly?

What % of each CPU is being used by Photoshop?

How much memory is Photoshop using?

Has Photoshop fully loaded (disk activity ceased)?

These numbers can be found in the Windows Task Manager.

Also, could you elaborate on your hardware configuration?

I have dual pentium II 450 Mhz processors with 700 mb ram. I am
running a batch program to resize photos.  Photoshop is using 13 mb
ram.
