If a person have a green card and got an DUI/OUI in the state of MA,
how does it affect in his Citizenship. He got an CWOF (Continued
WithOut a Finding) from the court. And also if he is sponsoring his
wife, is it going to afect her process?

A DUI is a misdemeanor offense and should not affect immigration
status. Check with your lawyer.
