I AM TRYING TO DESIGN A SKILLS MATRIX FOR THE STAFF IN MY DEPARTMENT,
FOR A PROJECT AT COLLEGE. THE SKILLS MATRIX USED IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS
IS ONE DESIGNED BY 'P BENNER' IN HIS BOOK "NOVICE TO EXPERT" PRINTED
AROUND 1993-1995 BUT I CAN'T FIND ANY INFORMATION ANYWHERE IN ORDER TO
EXPLAIN HOW I CAME ACROSS IT IN MY PROJECT. THEIR IS 1 REFERENCE TO
HIM ON GOOGLE BUT THAT WAS IN GERMAN!

author. Patricia Benner has her own consulting firm and you can
contact her there. In addition, the book is available from Amazon.com
and several other online sources.
