I want a list of banks that offer free online bill pay.  The preferred
bank would :


1.	Offer the service with a basic checking account (no account with
10k minimum, etc).

2.	The account would lack monthly fees of any kind.  

3.	By free, I mean always free.  I’m not interested in banks that
offer 2 or 3 months of free service, after which they charge for the
service.

4.	Would prefer traditional brick & mortar bank.  I realize that there
are a few online banks (Netbank, etc) that offer the service for free,
but it’s a pain to deal with them.

I pay $2 Canadian per month for my checking account and have tons of
features such as online bill payments, online bank transfers (within
Canada), check blocking, daily updated visa history etc. If you are
looking for something similar but do not want to pay a $2 monthly fee,
I am not sure how many banks out there will do this... especially if
you cannot guaruntee that you will keep an amount such as $1,000 in
