In what issues of what magazines did the candies ad with Jenny
McCarthy sitting on the toilet appear, and where can I buy a copy of a
magazine with the ad?

A Jenny McCarthy Candies ad appeared in the March & April 97 issues of
American Mademoiselle magazine.

I've not been able to find out which version of the ad appears in each
issue. Both of the sites have contact information so maybe you could
ask the sellers which ad appears in the issue they have for sale.

Here's a follow up to the information I listed previously (this is a
fun search :-) It seems that the ads appeared in many magazines,
including Allure, In Style, Marie Claire, Elle, SPIN and Rolling
Stone. Interestingly, the more popular women's magazines such as
Cosmopolitan and Vogue chose not to run the ads as they thought them
too distasteful.

states that the 1st ad you're looking for appeared in YM magazine,
while the 2nd appeared in SPIN magazine. From another source I believe
the YM issue is April 97 while the SPIN issue is March or April.

This site mentions that the ads appeared in "In Style", "Marie Claire"
and Elle magazines:
