What program [movies or television] has puppets by the name of "Pepe" and Ratso"?

Those puppet characters are from the TV show "Muppets Tonight" and the
movie "Muppets From Space".

While Ratso Rizzo (that is Ratso's full name) was created as early as
in the late 1970s for the "Muppet Show", Pepe the King Prawn is a
relatively young character, who made his first appearance in the
"Muppets Tonight" in 1996, which also featured Ratso Rizzo.
