I am looing for a good distance program toward a PhD in Cultural (or
other) Anthropology.  I have chapter 35 (VA) benefits so the school
needs to be (Department of Education)Certified and Accredited.  Can

Something else you might want to consider is a British Research
Doctorate.  Do a google search for that term, also look at
http://www.degree.net/ for John Bear's book where he spends a lot of
text on the British research doctorate.
