I am giving up my domain name xxxxx.com from network solutions but I
want to keep my web site with hypermart and keep paying the $10 a
month. but the person who took over the domain name will be
transfering it to another isp. At present I use anyname@xxxxx.com as
an email address does that mean I cannot use that email address any
more.

I have 2 domain names one registred with net solutions(www.#one.com )
the other with Tucows(www.#two.com). both are now hosted at
hypermart's "basic" program at $10 a month each. I have changed my
business name from www.#one.com to www.#two.com so I don't need
www.#one.com any more.

Problem one: I am still getting email at anyname@#one.com forwarded
from hypermart to a Yahoo email account. If I close www.#one.com at
hypermart then I won't get my mail forwarded. It may take a few months
to phase the email address anyname@#one.com out. So I would like to
host it at some free or cheap hosting site like godaddy so I can
continue getting my anyname@#one.com forwarded. How do I do this? and
will it work? and what program with godady do I sign up with?

Problem 2: I want to move my www.#two.com from hypermart to godaddy.
Hypermart is too expensive, at present I only need a one page web
site. I want email forwarding of anyname@#two.com to go to my yahoo
address. Step by step how do I do this?

Giving up the domain name means losing your email address.

Why give up on the domain? It costs less than $8 per year if you go to
somewhere like GoDaddy... so it's less than 70 cents per month.

If you've sold or for some other reason agreed to the reassignment of
your domain name, then any continued use of the domain name, e.g. for
purposes of maintaining an email account there, would require the
cooperation of the new owner.

If this is a sale, you might inquire about the possibility of
retaining the email account, perhaps for a limited period of time, in
order to make a graceful transition. The email account would be
implemented with the new owner's ISP, however, which might mean that
checking your mail would be relatively easy but sending mail outbound
using that account could be awkward. Most ISPs disallow outbound mail
except where the connection is on their range of IP addresses, in
order to block forgeries and reduce spamming.

As far as I remember Hypermart is not giving free hosting service
anymore. You may want to look for another free or cheaper hosting
service.
