Thanks for your replies.  Our company requires the list to contact
some of these companies in order to establih a partnership with them,
therefore we are not "selling" something to them.
I believe it should be ok to get that list from the agency you
mentioned, including the details specified on the question.

As of October 2000 "The situation in the Netherlands according to this
article is as follows: - 900 registered call centres;
- 90,000 workers: 30,000 are employed in in-house centres, 60,000 in
independent centres;
- call-centre positions in the Netherlands in 2000: 57,000"
