Please advise the most cost effective cell phone service in Stratford
county, new hampshire, normal usage is 700-1,000 minutes per month, i
want long distance , caller i.d., memory recall and no roaming
charges.

It would be useful to evaluate about how many daytime ( peak ) and
night time (starting at 9pm) and weekend minutes you use. Most
cellular companies divide there minutes that way.
