I'm trying to find someone selling CD or CD-r copies (could be
extracted from vinyl) of the albums "Kicks" and "crazy in the heart"
by the performer BOB CREWE. Thank you.

The cds were originally released in the early 1960's under the Warwick
label, if that helps

Okay, I meant ALBUMS were released in 59 and 60 or so from Warwick. I
know they weren't cds, which is why it's so hard to find a copy of the
albums on cd. I want a copy that has been extracted from vinyl, on
CD-R.

I believe you need to check your details. The first CD released to the
public was Billy Joel's 52nd Street released in Japan in 1982. CD were
not introduced to the US until March 1983. The first CD's to be
manufactured in the U.S. were Bruce Springsteen's "Born In The U.S.A."
and a promotional CD sampler called the "Edison CD Sampler". Given
these facts, I seriously doubt that there any commercial CD labels
released in the early 1960's.
