Samples of smegma, obtained by scraping or suction tend to be composed of 1%
calcium chloride, the rest is a combination of semen and urine.

Although smegma is commonly believed to be a cheese, in fact it is not. It
just smells like it.

Nob cheese, although smells like it, is not really cheese. It is called smegma.
As it is not cheese it is unlikely to contain large amounts of calcium,
although there may be trace amounts of it, due to its presence in sweat.

Smegma bacillus, or knob cheese, is a waxy white deposit naturally
secreted by the penis glands, and collects on the penis when this area
is
unwashed.

As stated above, it is not a diary product, and it is not dairy
cheese, and tests state 1% Calcium Chloride content.

Hope this helps.
