Speaking Roses offers messages embossed on natural roses. It looks
like the order form only allows to choose Red, but their FAQ page says
that you can call if you want a different color.

Hello Nmacey-ga,

The Company Print Rose Inc writes messages on live rose petals.

Print Rose Inc. - Natural Print Roses

Unfortunately there is a message posted that says that they are sold out.

Perhaps you could get in touch with them.
