jdasks -

Thanks for your question.

The data exists on a state-by-state basis - I could compile the links
to all the 50 states' databases, but it would take a good couple of
hours.

If you can double the proposed rate, I'll happily take this on for
you. Should have it done by tomorrow.

thanks,

Actually real-estate property taxes are on a COUNTY or CITY or TOWN
level in many states so state level data is no good for me. You need
to find a database compilation of this data because, as you stated, it
would take a lot of work to actually compile by hand.

If you can find a resource who has this data already compiled, even if
they charge a reasonable fee, I would be satisfied.

Hi again. You're right, there is no state-level property tax -
property tax is local. Each such state source I have found (I already
have about a dozen) lists the rates for each local jurisdiction, e.g.
at the county level etc.

However, I was not able to locate a pre-compiled "national" list.

Let me know if you would like me to pursue the earlier suggestion. If
you want an actual compilation of the data, the maximum fee would be a
bare minimum considering the amount of work required.

thanks,

If you are confident to get the data for all fifty on the local level,
including tax rates and due dates, I'll gladly increase the fee to 100
(that is the max no?).

Just tell me if you want to bother.

The max is $200.
Let me check on the due dates and get back to you.

thanks for being flexible!
