wrote very informative, but a couple of details remain:
(1) The websites to which you refer have a Dr. O.Brian as team member,
and although mybrni-ga specifically inquires about this person, you
did not respond directly. So, this is my first question.
(2) Your "clincher" refers to certain photographs, specifically "...
Sheila Holmes has now become Catherine Rice ...  On
http://www.peaksecuritiesbv.com/manprof.htm Christopher Cole has
become Joachim Newell ..." But on the MFT webpage, I find no reference
to either Rice or Newell. Instead, the only  3 names I see on this
page, and saw at the time of mybrni-ga's question on May 9, are
Anthony Brent, Michael Wallace and Dr. Brian O.Brian.

This may make no difference in your conclusion, but I wonder if you
could clarify this issue, hopefully w. particular reference to Mssrs.
Brent, Wallace and O.Brian.

However, to answer your questions I have now carried out further
research and these are my findings.

I was unable to find any information to establish the bona-fides of
Dr. Brian O’Brian Jnr.

The company address is in Spain. The company does not appear on the
Bank of Spain’s list of regulated institutions.

checks in the US.

Neither he, nor the company is not registered with the National

I referred in my previous answer to the same words appearing on the
site of Morgan Finance Trust and GeorgeTown Capital. Further research
now shows the same occurs with the ‘team members’ of both companies.

Incidentally, GeorgeTown Capital is registered with the SEC as an
Investment Adviser Firm. Enter the name Georgetown in the search box.
Click ‘Go’ and follow the links.

to identify another copy of this photograph.

You observe on the "MFT webpage, I find no reference to either Rice or
Newell." That is correct. It is on
