I actually found another company since my last posting, and they're
actually a little less expensive.

They do Hanes Beefy-T's.  They also have another fabric they use
called "Softlink" [Softl'ink], which is a step up in quality.

custom t-shirts "no minimum"

It was a hard one to come up with an exact answer for.  Though not
ideal, props to the researcher for coming up with a decent solution
nonetheless.

You could let it print on a T-Shirt.
There are shops that do that.
They take your own design.
