Dear bubs69,

As far as I could find out so far, polio victims were included in the
list of "worthless life" for the Nazi Euthanasia program (code name
"Aktion T-4") in late 1939, after the outbreak of World War II.
The first murders in accordance with that list and the T-4 program did
not take place before January, 1940. So it seems unlikely that German
polio victims were killed because of their handicap before that date.
I will continue searching for additional information.

Best regards,
Scriptor
