I have found a .jpg of a Tubman poster (Underground Railroad.)  I am wondering
what the title of the work is, and who created it.

Yes, that is the poster that I found by doing a google search.  I
would still like to know the artist.  I believe the title is:  Harriet
Tubman's Underground
Railroad.

I did a google search of "images" to find the poster.  The
fed.us/r9/wayne/projects/ur/project/tubman...site was listed there as
the resource.  However, I was not able to find title and artist by
clicking the links on that site.

The artist is Paul Collins. The title of the painting is "Harriet
Tubman's Underground Railroad."

I located this information by using Google's Image Search to find
alternate sources for the image in question. The keyphrase
"underground railroad" led me to the Collins Fine Art site, which
provided the artist's name. I then used a Google Web Search to find
other sources for prints and posters.
