I'm looking for data that consists of latest listings of all
residential properties that are on sale in Melbourne - Australia. The
data that I'm looking for are:
   Property address (12 Black Street, Essendon, Victoria, 3040)
   Selling agent ( eg. Hocking Stuart)
   Auction date ( eg. 12/08/2003)

Frequency: weekly
Format:    The data must be in softcopy (excel spreadsheet, MS Access,
etc)

We require a contact or a source that can provide us with the above
information.

Cost is not a concern at this stage. We are more interested in getting
a regular data feed in the format we require. Perhaps for argument
sake let's say AUD$100 per data feed.

Getting a list every property for sale would be very difficult - many
are offered privately. This appears to be the most likely source for
the data you are after:
