Hi hamilton, I assume that you are using Internet Explorer. In order to prevent the drop down lists from appearing below search boxes such as the ones on the Google home page and Google Image Search page, you must turn off Internet Explorer's AutoComplete feature for forms. Here is how to do that: 1) In Internet Explorer, click on the 'Tools' menu. 2) Click on 'Internet Options...' 3) Click on the 'Content' tab. 4) Click on the 'AutoComplete...' button. 5) Uncheck the 'Forms' box. 6) Click on the 'Clear Forms' button. 7) Click on the 'OK' button. 8) Click on the 'OK' button. 9) Click on the 'OK' button. If you have any questions about this answer, please request a clarification. Regards, sldreamer Search strategy: No search was necessary; I have done this before. |
