The surest way of knowing if your site is being processed is to check
your server log statistics to see if there are any hits from the
googlebot.com domain (typically of the form crawl*.googlebot.com).

This means that the 'robot' has visited your site and the various
pages. However, please note that this does not guarantee listing.
There are a number of factors which are used. Have a look at this
