Hi jimmyjrosu-ga!

First of all I would like to say congratulations on deciding to give
Redhat (and Linux in general) a try! I think that once you get the
hang of it, you will be quite pleased!
Now then, without knowing which chipset your WUSB11 is using (2.5 or
2.6), and other variables such as which version of Redhat, what
version the kernel is ect, giving you the exact
configuration instructions would be a guessing game. However, I have
included some links to get you started.
If you do not find the information you need within the links I have
provided, please request a clarification of my answer so that I might
respond to it before you rate the answer.
Just simply provide me with the chipset of your hardware, and the
version numbers of the kernel and RedHat OS you plan on using.

Thanks so much, and best of luck to you!

Identifying your hardware:

Implies that the model with the foldable antenna and standard usb a-b
cable would be version 2.5
"WUSB11 has to be version 2.5 ! One with foldable antenna and standard
USB A-B cable (different connectors at both ends). Versions other than
2.5 (1.0,2.0,2.6) are ATMEL based and may work with mentioned above
ATMEL AT76C503A driver. (v2.5 is lovely since it has MMCX antenna
connector inside!!!)"

Drivers and configuration:

the driver tar file.(versions supported RedHat 7.1, RedHat
7.2,Mandrake 8.1, and Prism2.x and Prism3

(the release notes for the above tar file.)
"Description:
The linux-wlan package is a linux device driver and subsystem
package that is intended to provide the full range of IEEE 802.11 MAC
management capabilities for use in user-mode utilities and scripts.
The package currently supports the Intersil 802.11b Prism2, Prism2.5,
and Prism3 reference designs for PCMCIA, PCI, and USB. Additionally,
the package includes support for PLX9052 based PCI to PCMCIA adapter
with a few different PCMCIA cards."
