My mother in law was recently paralyzed in a car accident, so my
knowledge is based off of their experience.  The way it worked for
them is that they went out and bought a regular van and then there are
specialty shops that can install adaptive devices on any car.  So, I
would suggest that you look for one of these shops and ask them to
recommend a car that can easily take your adaptive device rather than
looking for a car that comes with it from the factory.
