Greetings. I live in Mexico and I have a friend that I can only reach
by mail. He does not have a listed phone. I tried Whitepages.com and
nothing, even near him.

I want to send him a telegram that he should call me. I do not want to
use
Western Union. They have not answered me on how to. 

I look to you, the masters of the Internet-- Answers researchers to
help find out how I can via the Internet and my credit card send a
telegram that
will be delivered to my friend in Houston, TX.

My search strategy in finding these two websites was to check one of
my favorite reference sources, Gimpsy.com, where I used the keyphrase
"send a telegram."

The price of a telegram has always been high, but thirty bucks seems
outrageous. The son-and-daughter-in-law-o-gram, for fifteen dollars,
is obviously a much better deal, and probably more reliable, too!
