I located several firms fro you. However, I must admit I am not
satisfied with the list I found so far - and will continue looking.

Quintra - http://www.quintra.de/index.html - published in their
web-page that they look for people.

Bilbao - http://www.bildbau.de/ - claim they deal with "heavy set"
clients like Bertelsmann, Budwiser, etc.

Compania Site Improvement - http://www.compania.de/home.htm - Also
claim to need people on their homepage.

Media Works - http://www.mediaworx.com/ - Nice site, right now they
claim not to need anyone.

http://www.webdesign-underline.de/ - Underline - are not looking for
developers right now.

web companies. Maybe if you want you can just tell me a bit about
Berlin, that should be equally helpful!
