Personally, I would not yet be concerned after three days, though
their lack of response does not show exemplary customer support. If
you paid by credit card, your credit card company will most likely
protect you from charges where you do not receive the merchandise. Do
check with them if you have no luck or further communication from the
folks at e3wireless.
