Greetings, vietzen!
First of all, I believe that robertskelton is right, and your site
does currently look as though Search Engines should not have a problem
with it.
However, I *do* think that there are a few things that you can do
while you wait to see if the Googlebot will index your site on the
next go-round.
Let's take a look at the content, design, and programming code of your
website.
We'll enter your URL into the Search Engine Spider Simulator at Search
Engine World. This simulator shows something similar to what the
Googlebot sees when it indexes your site:
http://www.searchengineworld.com/cgi-bin/sim_spider.cgi
The simulator shows:
-------------------------------------------------------------------

PAGE TITLES
-----------
This is a **very** important part of getting your site's pages noticed
and indexed by Search Engines: it differentiates the pages on your
site to Search Engines, and it increases the odds that **at least
one** of your pages will come up in a Google Search for your relevant
keywords.
Each page on your site should have its own title, and that title
should be fairly brief, but very descriptive of the contents and/or
function of that particular page. On your Main Page, your Title should
include the name of your business or the overall subject of your site.
So, while the
<meta name="Title" content="Balanced Scorecard consulting, zen
management consulting, telecom operations">
seems to be working okay, I would seriously consider replacing this
with the more traditional <title> format, in something like:
<title>TranZen Consulting - Balanced Scorecards, Zen Management, and
Telecom Operations</title>
All of your other page groups each share a single title:
<title>Telecom network services consulting Canada</title>
<title>Balanced Scorecard consulting Canada</title>
<title>Alternative zen management consulting Canada</title>
You will definitely want to re-work each individual page so that it
has its own title specific to the content of that particular page.
I also recommend that you correct the spelling on the following page:
<title>contact nformation</title>
to
<title>TranZen - Contact Information</title>
<META> TAGS
-----------
Regretfully, I must let you know that for the purposes of Search
Results Ranking, the Googlebot and most other major Search Engines
stopped looking at <meta> tags some time ago, because webmasters tried
to skew their Search Results by "stacking" their meta tags with
hundreds of keywords, many of which were totally unrelated to the
content of the site. While all of your <meta> tags are nice, they
really aren't going to do anything in terms of getting you good
ranking in the Googlebot or other main Search Engines.
However, the latest word is that Google and some other Search Engines
still look at <meta> tags as a way to cross-check the validity of the
actual text on your site, so you do still want to do a good job with
them.
There is another good use for the keyword list (which we'll get to in
a moment), so I would encourage you to expand this list a little bit,
for example:
<meta name="keywords" content="consultant, consultants, consulting,
consultation, consultations, balanced, scorecard, scorecards,
alternative, zen, management, manage, managed, manager, managers,
managing, telecom, telecommunication, telecommunications, operation,
operations, start up, start-up, startup, due diligence, demand
modeling, demand modelling, market, markets, segmentation, segments,
pricing, research, Canada">
It is known that the Spider Simulator sometimes doesn't see either
<meta> keywords or description, depending on the order in which they
appear. It is likely that that -- or the fact that you have a lot of
seldom-used <meta> tags in your header -- is the cause of no keywords
showing on the Simulator Results listed above. While you're tweaking
your website, I would recommend that you change the order of your
<meta> tags to:
<html>
<head>
<title>TranZen Consulting - Balanced Scorecards, Zen Management, and
Telecom Operations</title>
<meta name="description" content="Tranzen offers Balanced Scorecard
consulting, alternative zen management consulting and telecom
operations and start up consulting in Canada">
<meta name="keywords" content="consultant, consultants, consulting,
consultation, consultations, balanced, scorecard, scorecards,
alternative, zen, management, manage, managed, manager, managers,
managing, telecom, telecommunication, telecommunications, operation,
operations, start up, start-up, startup, due diligence, demand
modeling, demand modelling, market, markets, segmentation, segments,
pricing, research, Canada">
...followed by the rest of your <meta> tags...
and see if that doesn't cause both your keywords AND your description
to show up in the Search Engine Spider Simulator results.
I also recommend that you alter your slightly to:
<meta name="robots" content="all,index,follow">
<meta name="revisit-after" content="31 days">
ROBOTS.TXT FILE
---------------
Also, upload a text file (this can be created with Notepad) to your
server with the URL http://www.tranzen.ca/robots.txt which contains
the following:
User-agent: *
Disallow:
This file will also encourage Search Engine robots to crawl and index
your page; it tells robots that they are all allowed to index your
site, and that you do not forbid them to visit any area of it. To
ensure that your robots.txt file is done correctly, run it through the
robots.txt file validator at:
http://www.searchengineworld.com/cgi-bin/robotcheck.cgi
CONTENT/TEXT
------------
Now, for the MOST IMPORTANT PART to getting indexed by the Googlebot
and other Search Engines -- your text.
The best way to convince a Search Engine that you have a lot of
content is to put a fair amount of it on your home page -- or at least
make sure that there is a lot of it on your site, and that you have
links, no more than 3 deep, from your front page which can be spidered
to find that text.
Here's where your keyword list comes in handy: Use it as a "checklist"
to make sure that you include these important words (and word groups)
in the text on each of your pages where they applicable -- preferably
2 or three 3 times.
Also, you should include "alt" text labels on all of your links and
your images -- spiders like the Googlebot see these and index them as
if they were straight text -- more content for your site!
Finally, once you have made all these modifications to your site, it's
time to submit it to Search Engines to be indexed. Here's how you
submit your site to Search Engines:
Be sure to follow their instructions; for instance, some Engines
request that you submit only your top-level URL (www.tranzen.ca)
rather than every one of your pages. Failure to follow the
instructions can result in lowered rankings or even in being
blacklisted from a Search Engine.
Google:
(Be aware that it may take anywhere from 1 to 3 months for your site
to start showing up on Google; however, since Google also uses DMOZ as
a guide to its indexing efforts, you might be able to speed that up a
little by also submitting your site in a DMOZ category as described
next.)
DMOZ (Directory Mozilla/Open Directory Project):
http://dmoz.org/add.html
(find the category most appropriate for your business,
such as one of those on this page:
Business: Business Services: Consulting
http://dmoz.org/Business/Business_Services/Consulting
once you're on the page for the category you choose,
click on the blue "Add URL" hypertext link in the
upper right-hand corner of the page)

A Final Warning:
Be very careful about which sites you link to, and which sites you ask
to link back to you. Participating in Link Exchanges such as
LinksToYou, also known as "Link Farms", which contain pages and pages
with hundreds and hundreds of links, can get you banned from the
Google index very quickly, as can the use of auto-submittal and
auto-ranking-checking software such as WebPosition Gold. I strongly
encourage you not to do either of these things.

information, please post a Request for Clarification, and I will be
glad to see what I can do for you.
I hope that this Answer provides exactly the information that you
needed.
Best wishes, vietzen, and I am looking forward to seeing your site pop
up in the Search Results soon!
