I am wanting to see how the 43,000 US zip codes are arranged
geographically within the approximately 300 US area codes. Can you
find out if there is a free printable map of area codes overlayed with
zip codes? Prefered would be pdf downloadable by each zip of area
code. It needs to be recent, since 2000 or later. It needs to be
detailed enough to show if there may be instances where a zip code may
fall into more than one area code. A second part of question but just
as essential would be numbers of households within each zip codes and
ezch area code. I emphasize "free" since I am merely looking for
numbers right now to see if idea will work. At later date some sort of
software application may be needed to actually utilize on daily basis.
Thanks, I Like The Internet.

I have found a program with a free 30 day trial that allows you to
look up U.S. Zip Codes and their associated cities, states, counties,
area codes, time zones and current time. If you press the "map"
button, the program launches your browser and navigates you to one of
several mapping sites on the internet so you can see a map of that
location. You can see screen shots here:

I have also found a program (which you can download as a demo) with a
complete database of all US City State ZIP Codes with geographic
locations (latitude/longitude coordinates). Features:
*	May 2003 data available
*	Complete list: Every offical US ZIP code
*	Geographical locations of latitude / longitude coordinates
*	Calculate distances between US City State ZIP Codes, you and your
customers
*	Locate all US City State ZIP Codes within a specified radius
*	Find the nearest US City State ZIP Codes to a certain location
*	Add locations of US City State ZIP Codes to your mapping
applications
*	Streamline user input - create standardized lists of US City State
ZIP Codes
*	Updates and subscription plans available
*	Most accurate and timely source of data
* comes with a FREE distance calculation component

Let me know one of these options is suitable.

I also found lots of applications available that offer zip code maps
and/or area code maps. The one that you mentioned only goes to
Mapquest to indicate where the zip code (or any other information
available) is located with a star. I am not looking for road maps or
directions. As stated in the original question I want to see where
“boundaries” of zip codes line up with or overlap “boundaries” of area
codes. I do not see where your answer is even close to what I asked
for. Any other ideas?
